1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email:

- Clear statement of withdrawal
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
4. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in damaged or used condition.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
6. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sealed items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons
